I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting February and ending May at Campus Crossings Briarcliff. This is a bath apartment and I am releting my bedroom which has an attached bathroom. The rent is $ per month which includes gas, trash removal and high speed internet. (The electricity needs to be paid to Georgia power). The apartment is fully furnished with a full bed, a study table and chair along with a wooden cabinet and a bedside table. The room has a very big closet space as well. The living room comes with a big couch along with a side and centre table. The kitchen has a 4 oven stove , a microwave, spacious cabinet and bar stools. The apartment has an in unit washer and dryer. This area is at a walkable distance from Emory University and also has a shuttle service which runs from : pm.
