Searching For Affordable Housing

I've recently been offered a position in Auburn, NY that will start at the end of January leaving me little time to find affordable housing in the area and complete rental applications. I am in search of housing that provides me with a bedroom, full bath, and use of common areas (kitchen/dinning room/living room) even if shared w a roommate.
