I am seeking a financially responsible, friendly, and clean roommate to share a 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment in Long Beach, CA. The roommate will have a private room, walk-in closet, and equal access to all common areas and cabinet spaces. This is a particularly ideal situation for one person, years or older, with full-time work outside of the home.

The apartment complex is well maintained and is located in a trendy neighborhood with bars, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance.

The property management company will provide a credit, income, and background check upon application. A security deposit of $ is due upon move-in.

This is a non-smoking or drug-use rental (per the lease and my personal preference). I ask that any alcohol consumption is done responsibly. Animals are not allowed by the property management company, unfortunately.
