Mom & son looking to rent.

I am a yr old female looking for a place to rent. I have a 7 year old son. It is just the two of us. I am looking for a large studio or bedroom private basement or in-law suite. Preferably with private entrance but not a must. On laundry, full kitchen and bath would be ideal. We have no pets. I don’t smoke, drink, or party. I work, my son goes to school. We keep mostly to ourselves. Big on mutual respect and valuing each other’s privacy.
