I’m looking for two roommates to start a lease with me towards the end of January or beginning of February at a stunning apartment located in the heart of Temecula. The apartment is part of the picturesque Harveston Lake community, offering not just a place to live but an elevated lifestyle.
Here’s a little about the space:
✨ 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms: The 2 bedrooms with 1 shared bath are the rooms available 
✨ sq. ft. of gorgeous living space
✨ Modern interiors with plenty of natural light
✨ Located in the beautiful Harveston Lake area, known for its peaceful atmosphere, walking paths, and community charm
Harveston Lake is a place where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature while still being close to all that Temecula has to offer.

Ideal Roommate:
✅ Preferably female, aged 
✅ Preferably single
✅ Preferably no pets (ESA will consider) 
✅ Preferably no kids (will consider part-time kids)
✅ Must have a full-time job (working from home is OK)
✅ Must be able to apply and be approved for the 1-year lease
✅ Preferably credit score of or higher
✅ Be prepared to show all documentation required by the apartment complex to qualify
✅ We will all three be on the lease together
