Looking for the right fit

My fiancé and I bought a house last year and let’s be real the mortgage is outrageous so we are looking for a roommate! We have an 8 month old baby so must be ok with living with kids. We are very nervous about opening our home to a stranger when we have a baby so the right fit is really important. About us: My name is Ginny and I’m a pediatric speech therapist. Ryan is an RBT and works with kids in ABA therapy. We just became parents in April. We are in our early s and don’t smoke and only drink socially. About the space: We have a .5 bathroom house. We are renting out our extra room which is a good size and has a walk in closet. The pictures are of our house when it was staged when we bought it. It is not decorated this way at all. You’d have your own bathroom but it is the only tub in our house so we would need to use to give the baby a bath. What we are looking for: someone responsible and a non smoker. Maybe a single mom with a baby or a single profession female. We are good with kids and it’s hard to find a safe affordable place out there so we are willing to help someone trying to find a place with a baby. Rent includes utilities, internet, and we can share our streaming services Netflix Disney plus Max and Hulu. We have is indoor only and one is outdoor only. The house is in Tumwater even though the address auto changed to Olympia (zip code is the same as an Olympia zip code so that happens sometimes)
