Looking for Large Bedroom

I’m a -year-old gay man, registered nurse, bartender, and grad student seeking a large bedroom or roommate in Boston. I work evenings and study a few hours a week. I’m clean, quiet, social, and active, enjoying the gym, drinks, and overeating. In the warmer months, hiking in NH is popular.

I prefer a gay roommate but am open to all humans who understand and respect gay culture.

I have a car but prefer the T during peak hours for convenience and avoid drinking and driving. I’m comfortable with any line, but the Red or Green Line is ideal.

I need a bedroom with a king-size bed, a small end table, desk, and closet space. I’m okay with using the kitchen table without a desk if we’re respectful of my study time (undisturbed).

I’d like to move in on January , as my move-out date. I have living arrangements until February 1st, if needed.

My budget is $ per month for living expenses, with some flexibility.
I like animals, but I dislike owners who neglect their pets. Cats should be scooped daily and litter changed every weeks. Dogs need regular grooming and brushing.

I don’t smoke cigarettes, but I don’t mind weed in your bedroom. I occasionally smoke here or there.

Be yourself, have a personality, and enjoy life. Preferably in my age group, but it’s negotiable. Everything is on a sliding scale. : david_did_it_
