Working/Student at SDSU

Hi:) I'm Katie,

I've been living alone for a few years now, but my rent keeps increasing, & amenities are not:( I am looking to find a place that’s nicer than mine and share bath Move-in Mid Jan-Early Feb. I work as a dealer at a casino and I attend SDSU. I am looking for a safe and peaceful space with a dependable roommate. I have great credit and a decent job and I have always paid my rent on time. I’m pretty quiet, though I might have a friend or two over occasionally to hang out, but none of my friends are loafers or anything like that and they won't stay past midnight (rarely would happen.)

I've had roommates in the past, we all got along very well. Probably because I set up rules ahead of time:

-Maintain a clean home.
-Groceries separate. Unless you need like a cup of sugar or an egg or something like that.
-No overnight guests. Unless, you have your parents in town or something and want to crash a couple nights.
-No pets! Sorrey:/
-We would split cleaning the common areas on a bi-weekly basis, thus we would each only have to deep clean twice a month for everything to be deep cleaned weekly.
-I also use a tally system for the trash, to take turns taking it out, but like, if I'm only throwing away a lot of stuff, I won't add it to the tally.

I may appear uptight, but I'm really easy-going, I just like rules/boundaries as it has made for some very peaceful households.

Most units have a Master and a regular room, each own bathroom. I'll take the Master and cover Netflix and Internet. I'm very fair, dependable and polite. I don't plan on becoming friends, but I am still friendly with all my old roommates and if you needed someone to talk to or like a ride home from the hospital or something like that, I am of course going to be here for you.

We will make a great team:)

They all include:
-Washer and Dryer in Unit. Own bathroom.
