Hello! I have a duo room we are looking for someone to fill! It's located at the Chestnut Street Apartments, about a 1 minute walk a mini grocery store, and 9 to downtown. The bus stop is also walking distance if needing to commute, otherwise parking passes are available for purchase as well.
Rent is about $ (without utilities).
The apartment is a bathroom space, fully furnished living and kitchen areas. There is a large laundry room located in the complex as well as a grilling area. The walk to the beach and boardwalk is about minutes as well.
Tenants must be cat friendly as there are cats in the apartment, but no more room for pets available. Please let me know if you're interested
