Subleasing for spring semester $

Hey! I’m looking to sublease my room in the spring semester because I’m studying abroad. It’s at the pier at Clemson on the flats side. I live in a bath apartment with three other girls. It’s your own bathroom, and there’s a huge walk-in closet. It comes fully furnished and was just renovated. Rent is $
a month plus utilities. It’s a 7 minute drive from the Clemson campus, but it does have its own catbus route. The pier has great amenities too- hot tubs, lazy river, 3 gyms, endless study rooms, and 2 games rooms with pool tables. Please reach out with any question!
