Responsible Roommate Wanted

Hi! My name is Kristina and I am years old with one year old child. I’m looking for a roommate (preferably female, but open to males). I currently have a 3 bedroom apartment (one bedroom is currently available to rent) with a full living room and dining room. We have laundry on and share the driveway with the upstairs neighbor. There is also street parking. I’m located in South Buffalo. I have one male cat. I love all pets and I am ok with any you may have as long as they’re also accepted by the landlord. I’m also friendly and don’t mind if you smoke as long as it’s outside or in your bedroom as I don’t want my child breathing in the second hand smoke. Cigarettes are also ok but it must be done fully outside and you must properly dispose of your cigarette butts. I’m a very laid back person and can get along with just about anyone from all walks of life. My child and I like quiet, we enjoy peace. I look forward to speaking with you!
