Looking for a fellow young professional to share a home in the Denver Tech Center. You'll have your own room, garage spot, office, and living room, all for less than $ a month.
The house is located near the junction of I-, so it's easy to access anywhere in the south Denver metro from here. It's a safe neighborhood with a large park nearby that is great for walks/runs. The house has most appliances and I have most kitchen cookware, dishes, and utensils available for use. There is plenty of closet and storage space for you also. Room available to come furnished with Queen-sized bed and nightstand.

The landlord covers water and garbage utility expenses, so we only deal with rent, initial deposit, heat/energy, and wi-fi.

I work in sales along with a side gig, so I'm out of the house a lot. I try to keep the place relatively clean and organized. I don't smoke cigarettes or marijuana, or do hard drugs. I have a playful and sweet Husky-Poodle dog, so pets would be contingent on how they get along with her.
