Your room is in a -bathroom house. It is located on the second floor with a private bathroom. Rent is $ ( hundred fifty dollars) per month, due on the 1st of the month, plus a $ ( hundred) move-in deposit, both due before moving in, with no exceptions. A background check is required. The property has surveillance, and the community features a neighborhood watch with many nearby police officers. This room is for one person only. I have allergies, so no pets, vaping, smoking, or drugs are permitted.

You will have a furnished or unfurnished room with a private bathroom. The space is spacious and quiet, with a loft area outside your bedroom for lounging or an office. I rarely go upstairs because I live on the first floor, so we will rarely see each other unless you are using the kitchen or eating downstairs.
