The house has 6 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, 3 floors, one bathroom on each floor. All utilities are included. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, tv, desk, private refrigerator. Guests share bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, yard, and front porch. Currently, we're hosting young professionals such as medical students, college students and traveling nurses, hence why peace and quiet are importance to us.

The rent is $ for utilities per month. To move in, first and last month's rent are required. A background check will be conducted to ascertain the safety of our other guests. If interested, please message me and we will begin the screening process.
