Outside locked door leads to lobby, with front doors downstairs and upstairs. Kitchen includes quartz counters. Pics show current roommate’s belongings that will be gone at end of current lease.

Price includes rent, sewer and water, trash, mandatory insurance, gas, electric and WiFi. Cable is not included but could be added.
Must sign lease by Dec 6 but apartment not available until Feb 4. Leases are signed early. Must show documentation to leasing office that our combined income is 3x rent amount. You’ll need to show at least $/month.
