Hi! I'm a homeowner in the East Forest Park neighborhood (near East Longmeadow) looking for a new roommate. I've had a couple of great tenants turned friends over the last 5 years, and my current tenants are in the process of buying their first home. There is a (finished of course!) basement room available for $/month. The first floor bedroom would be $. I have two nutty but lovable Golden Retrievers that are my babies. A love of dogs and an ability to tolerate a little dog hair is a must. Driveway has plenty of space for parking. Yard is fenced in with a deck. Two full baths, yours would be on the main floor and shared sometimes, though I have my own full bath on the second floor. Looking for someone who is the right fit.
