apartment share. Assigned off street parking, gated community, elevators onsite, plenty of laundry rooms, a small gym, and a big pool. I'm a professional that works from home 2 days a week. I'm looking for a professional roommate that works day shift outside of the home or a student that goes to school during the day. No remote working, please. The room will have a TV with Netflix. I have a cat & have air purifiers so the air is clean (Litter box is hidden in my bathroom) Very quiet here and real quiet time starts at pm. You'd get half of the hallway closet & plenty of personal kitchen space. You'd also be welcome to use any of the kitchen cookware. I cook a lot of meals and always share with the tenant. I hardly ever have company but you are more than welcome to. I also travel a few times a year and I'm looking for a 2nd job so won't be home much once I do. Room available Nov 1st. Rent always due on the 1st, no exceptions. Utilities are included
