Fees for New Tenant: A $ application fee and a $ security deposit are required. This deposit may be waived if a guarantor is provided. The guarantor must meet specific criteria, including:

Make at least three times the monthly rent
Pass credit, rental history, and background checks.
Assignment Fee: A $ reassignment fee (paid by the current resident) is required to finalize the lease transfer.
Cleaning Responsibility: The apartment will be handed over as-is, so the new tenant will take the apartment in its current condition.
Additional Details:
Deposit Refund (if applicable): If a deposit is already on file, the refund process will begin once the reassignment is complete. It may take weeks for the check to be processed and received.
