Room in Townhouse for Rent

Description

The townhouse has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. You would have your own room and share a bathroom. We rotate who parks in the two-car garage. We have community access to a pool and have numerous walking trails around us. The home is located in Morrisville and is conveniently located near Lake Crabtree, Parkwest Shopping Center, and the airport.

We are both Christian and would like to find another Christian female to rent the third room in our townhome. We are looking for someone who is respectful of common areas, cleans up after themselves, and is drama-free. No smoking or pets.
