This private room for rent will be in a shared house with the landlord who is the owner of the property and her year old son whom are residing in the property. We are quite, clean, and tidy. We tend to keep to ourselves but up for a chat now and then.
This house would suite someone wanting to live outside that shared over crowed environment. Ideally the right candidate will be someone who wants to live in welcomed, relaxed, comfortable, and private living setting who can make it their and who is respectful and honest.
Must be clean and tidy, respectful and easy to get a long with. No parties, drugs or dramas.
Located in Redcliffe - Kippa-Ring/boarder of Rothwell in a nice and quite neighborhood close to shops, rail, waterfront, walking tracks, and clubs. shed storage for use as undercover side access and off street parking.
