Looking for Room/Roommates

Hi all!

My name is Aidan Kurth, I’m , and am looking for roommates in the city to sign a lease with by January! My budget is maximum $ for my end of the rent, so only looking at places that meet this criteria.



I’m primarily looking in Upper Manhattan (Harlem, UWS, Washington Heights, etc…), but am totally flexible on the location. I’ve just found that these neighborhoods are the most affordable and convenient!



I do have a cat, but she is super sweet, very chill, and loves people! She will also be in my room the entire time so no need to worry about hair everywhere. I am also very intentional about cleaning her litter so as not to cause smells.



I myself am very chill and considerate to the best of my ability. I keep common areas clean and always ask before having people over. I also won’t be around a whole lot during the week because us teacher’s work long hours!
