Hello! We (F29, M29) are looking for a single roommate to fill a room in our south Austin home. The room is very big (11.5' x 19') with a closet, large mirrors, high ceilings, skylight, laminate wood flooring, large windows, and direct access to the back yard! Pets welcome except for cats :( (allergies) with a $200 pet deposit. Shared bathroom with one other person, W/D in house, fireplace, and huge backyard in a quiet neighborhood. We are nice and quiet, love live music, cooking, traveling, going for runs in the local nature reserve, and just chilling at home. We both work service industry adjacent jobs. We keep it tidy and cozy, the shared areas are furnished and there is limited storage space for extra furnishings. Monthly rent is $800 for the room, security deposit is $800, and utilities are typically around $100 per person. Year long lease, move in ASAP or on first of the month.
