URGENT: SPRING SUBLEASE

Hi!! This is a SHARED ROOM at The Rive. I am looking for people to sublease to for the rest of the term (Jan-July)! RENT IS $/mo for electric, gas, and trash service. EACH PERSON WILL PAY $. My roommate and I are both leaving this room to go study abroad for the spring semester. We both leave in January so the room will vacant then. The room is very spacious and has bathroom with a double vanity. This room is perfect for two friends that are looking to live together or someone who is okay with having a roommate. The apartment is ~5min from SDSU and there is a shuttle that will take you to and from the apartment and campus! The apartment comes with two resort style pools, hot tub, study rooms, and a gym!
