ISO roommate for bath house

Description

House is located in PC , roughly square feet. I have cats. I work from home full time m-f and have a part time job on weekends. I intend on being licensed to foster (ages and up) so any potential roommate would need to be willing to submit to a background check, and have no criminal record.
