Applicants will have to apply via the leasing office. Based off their credit/income/background checks will determine what the deposit will be which could be as much as one (full $) month rent.

Apartment is located on: S Federal Hwy/US 1, Bus routes . Located within walking distance of Walgreens, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Last Resort Saloon, Planet Fitness and Delray Pizza.

April will be the current tenants year old gay male, sober, works full time, avid baker, very easy going and friendly, neat freak with slob tendencies, and has a 4 year old Dachshund. He is super friendly and loves the spotlight. He does struggle when males enter the apartment so as long as he "clears" them for entry all is well.
