Hello! I am looking to sublet my room in a 4x2 all girls apartment at The Hub on Campus Tampa. Move-in date is flexible starting in late December or January. Lease ends July 25th, 2025. Rent is $929 monthly + electric, water is included.

* Access to a pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, and study rooms.
* Room is furnished with a bed, desk, rolling drawers, and a spacious closet.
* Shared bathroom with one female roommate, separate sinks and storage space.
* Washer and dryer in apartment
* Valet trash ($10 monthly fee)
* Parking in the garage is $50 a month for a non-reserved spot, or $100 a month for a reserved spot.
* Less than a 10 minute walk to campus, and near 2 bus stops.
* Less than a 5 minute walk to grocery store and shopping plaza.
* There are 2 friendly, well-behaved cats in the apartment.
