Room For Rent! Move in by January!

heyy! i’m kiera! my roommates and i are looking for another girl to move into our house in carlton place, right behind uncw by january! we would prefer another student at either uncw or cfcc and around our age so between !

you would have your own room and share a bathroom with one other girl.

we are all very clean and rotate chores every week that have found to be very fair so we are looking for someone similar! we also do not want smoking in the house!

we are all quite close which we know can be a bit intimidating but we love meeting new people!! we really want to live with a girl that wants to be friends! we have a big friend group that we love hanging out with on the weekends, sometimes we host but usually we go to someone else’s house that lives close by. we all are very focused on school and work during the week and love hanging out and doing stuff together like grocery shopping and binge watching shows!

we also have a cat named dobby, she’s only 9 months old and so sweet! she is shy around new people but warms up very fast. she lives in one room but does free roam the house most of the time.
