Hello looking for a roommate between . I have an unfurnished bedroom to share in my apartment. Full kitchen, dining area, living room, and in apartment washer and dryer. You’d have your own bathroom, it is in the hall and not attached to the bedroom. I work from home mon-fri . Looking for someone pretty clean, who doesn’t have overnight guests. Male/female are both fine. The apartment has a one month deposit security deposit. Wi-Fi and water are included. Electricity split. Apartment requires a one time non refundable criminal background check.
