Prime Location in Williamsburg

Hi guys,

I am looking for someone who will take over my apartment in a prime location in Wiliamsburg first of December for long-term or short-term rent.
The apartment is fully furnished and has a second room, which will only be occupied for a few days per month.

Monthly rent will be at $ plus utilities.
Daily rent will be around $ plus cleaning fee if you
are more interested in short-term.
