Hi, my roommate is moving out at the end of November and I am looking for someone to replace them. The bedroom is approximately sq ft and has a closet. There is also an extra storage closet directly outside the room that will be yours. There is a bathroom that will be primarily yours but also functions as a guest bathroom if company is over. Laundry in unit and a nice kitchen with mostly new appliances. I am a decently clean person and I ask that you keep the common areas clean within reason, a little clutter is ok, but no shoes allowed inside.
I do not smoke but I am friendly and don’t care if you do as long as you do it on the patio (dry herb vapes and carts are fine inside). All races, ages, genders, sexualities are welcome. Message/
