Looking to find a roommate to move in with me in SoMA at Folsom street! You will be taking over the master bedroom in a bath apartment. You will have access to a walk-in closet and your bathroom is in your room. The first two weeks in January will be free rent.

Important things to know:

Your portion of the rent is $.
All utilities come down to $ a month usually.
Move-in date is Monday, November th. Move-in after this date is somewhat flexible and up for discussion.
Renter’s insurance is required in the building (~$ month).

Walk-in Closet.
In-room bathroom.
Fully equipped kitchen. No need to bring any additional peripherals.
Equipped living room. Dining table, chairs, couch (turns into a bed) and a TV.
Gym access.
In-building parking is not currently available.
Game room and study rooms.
Rooftop patio.
Walking distance to BART, MUNI, Caltrain, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods.
Bike racks.

About me:

Mid-s, male working professional in consulting. I’m usually gone the whole day at work or at the gym. In my free time I work out, go on runs, plan my next adventure and dance salsa. I like to host dinner parties about once a month so be prepared for some nice home cooked delicious meals!

Restrictions:
No couples
No smoking (Don’t care if you smoke, but building management does unfortunately).
No pets.
