Sublet takeover urgent!!

Hi i’m looking for someone to takeover my lease. URGENTLY It is in Ducks Village, bathroom it is fully furnished and there are currently two other people occupying the 2 other rooms. It is right across from Auzten stadium 7 min drive to mall, target , grocery stores etc.
Rent is $ with utilities included. Amenities are also available and very nice! Move in date would be December th with December rent PAID. Please let me know if you are seriously interested!
