Looking for a housemate to join our spacious, peaceful home in Marina Del Rey! The house is a -bathroom, two-story space shared with four respectful professionals (a doctor, two in tech, and a designer).

We are clean-living, high-achieving young professionals who value community and enjoy the perks of a large home in Los Angeles. We maintain a balanced, supportive environment with an emphasis on healthy, conscious living. While our communal spaces are relaxed and fun, we appreciate keeping things organized and tidy. This is not a party house, and we uphold a substance-free lifestyle to promote peace and harmony.

Ideal Housemate:
We’re looking for someone responsible, kind, and respectful of shared spaces. The ideal person should value cleanliness, maintain a peaceful atmosphere, and contribute to the supportive, drama-free environment. Guests are welcome, but no live-in partners or couples. Pets will be considered if well-trained.

The Room:
The available room is on the first floor, measuring ft, with a closet and built-in shelving. It’s unfurnished, though we have an optional queen-sized bed frame and mattress if needed. The room has an adjacent bathroom with a private stand-up shower. The toilet and sink are shared near the living area.

Rent & Utilities:
- $/month plus utility bills.
- 6-month minimum lease (1-year preferred)
- Monthly cleaner included
- Shared utilities are additional

Security Deposit:
One month's rent required as a security deposit.
