Looking for roommate 👀

I'm looking for someone to rent the other two adjoining bedrooms in my bathroom house 2 miles outside of Bowling Green. I'm looking for a single person (no couples) who is easygoing and considerate. Move in is December 1st, so I'm hoping to use this time to get to know someone a little. There is 1 very friendly dog living there as well, she will be your best friend. She doesn't, however, do well with other animals in her space. Rent includes utilities and deposit is same as first mobths rent. The house will be furnished besides the 2 bedrooms being rented. More photos once my brother moves out.
