One bedroom in a nice , full access to the home, garage space, large gated driveway, enjoyable backyard with gazebo, very well equipped kitchen, well furnished home, owner is non-smoker, you would also share with an adorable hypoallergenic dog, she is super sweet. Home security, great neighbor of Alta Heights, walk to town, additional street parking. Room is fully furnished and well appointed with flat screen TV, large closet. Owner: male, works from home generally, active, gym goer, enjoys wine or cocktails (duh, it’s Napa), very neat and clean but I do use a house cleaner, this is a single family home so pretty much has every thing expect a hot tub, sadly.
