Urgent roommate needed

Hello! I’m looking for an urgent roommate as my current one wants to break the lease. Utilities I can pay the majority of.I can’t afford to stay here without her so I would like to find someone. You would still need a credit check to be approved by the landlord. I’m up to talking about how much you can afford as well for rent and utilities. I do have a cat who is a certified esa who loves any and all people. I keep to myself for the most part and try to clean when I can. I already have most kitchen things. There is a microwave in addition to the normal kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, huge tv, couch, bed in room (can be moved and bedding if would like), walk in closet, ac unit in living room and bedroom, dining room table, big bathroom with tub/shower, multiple parking spots, front yard, down the road from three rivers, restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance.
