We are a four people family (me, my husband ,my teenager daughter and my mom) plus 2 friendly cats (must be ok with cats - no allergies).

- immediate access ( meters) to the bus stop ( mins to North Van CapU, mins to Lonsdale Quay/ Seabus, mins to downtown)

- walking distance to Westview shopping center, eg. Safeway, McDonald’s
-walking distance to Delbrook Community Center

We are very easy going and have a clean lifestyle.You will be responsible for keeping your room clean and shared spaces tidy.
