Subleasing my room!

Hi! I sadly am currently looking for a subleaser asap. I live at redpointe in Tempe. It’s such a beautiful place to live at, by far one of my favorites. I would love to stay but however had some unfortunate events happen making me have to move back home. I have three amazing girl roomates. They are so friendly and welcoming. They keep the place clean and tidy. It’s a 3 story townhouse with a public pool and gym. Great appliances ! The lease is until end of july:). a month(everything included) rent, utilities, furnished, valet trash!. Message me for more info!
