I’m subleasing one room at my townhouse at Mapleridge. It is a bath that comes with a kitchen, laundry room and a furinished living room. There is one female roommate Bedroom includes a bed, chair, desk, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. Amenities include pool, gym, study spaces, events, and more! Parking is included and a bus is available that goes straight to campus.
