Open room in Oswego

We have an open room in our house. The room is roughly . Can come with the bed and desk, or empty. Looking for someone around our age (). You have your own full bathroom, it is the main room one so guests may use it but we have our own that we use. We have a solid size backyard as well as a deck. Cigarettes are fine outside. Weed is also cool with us. We both work full time. I get up pretty early, other roommate is typical . No pets. We have a pool table upstairs, music equipment in the basement and garage. We do have parties but usually only once a month if that. We aren't clean freaks but we keep the place tidy. Rent is , we split utilities evenly. Washer and dryer work great, extra fridge/freezer in the garage. The overall house is just under 2k sq ft so there's plenty of room for 3 people. Just looking for a clean low stress roommate. Our lease ends in June, have yet to decide if we will re-sign or not.
