Hi, I’m a -year-old Ukrainian male working night shifts. I don’t smoke and don’t plan to bring guests over. I’m looking for a place near the ocean and would prefer a female roommate. I value cleanliness and enjoy sports, particularly tennis. If you’re planning to have a party or guests, that’s not a problem for me. However, I do have a cat allergy.
