Briane is a teacher with a Masters degree and years experience teaching, mostly in Korea. The house being shared is a home based school and the ideal candidate would be an education student who would see value in the mentoring experience available.
The available apartment is a two bedroom, recently-renovated, legal basement suite with kitchen, bathroom and living room, the 2 bedrooms and kitchen are for your exclusive use, the bathroom and living room may be used during school hours by students. Briane is a physically disabled, white female educator who spent years living abroad in South Korea and enjoys mentoring young people. She is looking for a female future teacher who is looking for an unusual opportunity to live in a space that is also used as a learning environment. This opportunity is a homestay style arrangement with some private and some shared space. The rent is subsidized in exchange for chores including snow shoveling, cleaning, and possible driving (car provided).
