The property is in close proximity to grocery stores, gas stations, etc. All utilities are covered in the rent.

My name is Melina, I am a recent graduate from Sacramento State University and I am currently working full time for Sacramento County. My fiancé is currently in school at UC Davis, and our roommate is a night nurse. We are clean and quiet, and are looking for 1 housemate.
