Sunny and quiet townhouse minutes from CSU and Old Town, on the Northwest side of Loveland. The room is private, with a shared bathroom, and all utilities are included in rent price. Street parking, which is easy to find. Room can be furnished or unfurnished, rest of the house is furnished. No pets, as two cats live here and the HOA doesn’t allow any more.

Two mid-twenties professional women who are clean and respectful are looking for the same! Bathroom is shared but would be primarily yours, as the downstairs bathroom is used primarily by the other roommate. I work from home so I’m around during the day.
