Room in walking distance of OU

My 3 roommates and I (OU students) are looking for another student or young professional to rent the last bedroom in a house directly across from Campus. The house is in the very nice Hunter's Creek neighborhood. So close you can literally walk to class.

Bedroom is upstairs. It is 13ft x 11ft and is carpeted. Has a closet and 1 window with a nice view.
1 shared bathroom upstairs and 1 shared half-bathroom downstairs. Large house with two living rooms including plenty of couches and a pool table. Plenty of appliances including 2 fridges. Decent backyard with a grill out back.

Available to move in immediately! no pets.

About us:
1 recently-graduated and 3 Current OU students. Everyone is chill and gets along well. House is quiet, just some occasional small parties.
We are all guys but girls are welcome. Our last roommate was a girl and everything went well (she and her boyfriend decided to move in together)
No weird rules, just the basics: no pets, no smoking inside, be respectful, clean up after yourself, etc.
