Private room for rent

Hi! looking for someone to take over my lease at Campus Courts. It’s a private room and bathroom in a bath apartment with two other roommates. Rent is $. You only pay for electric and it’s through simple bills. It’s close to campus (walking distance if you want), is on the lextran bus route that takes you to UK’s campus. The bedroom is unfurnished but the property has furniture you can rent from them I believe. One roommate has a cat and she’s not the biggest fan of other animals but is sweet! One of the girls work from home during the week. You don’t need to bring any kitchen supplies (pots and pans, utensils, etc.). The girls pretty much already have everything for common areas, and they are VERY CLEAN! They are both seniors, years old, and one is a communications major and the other is a social worker major.
