Looking for roomate to split rent

Hey there! My name is Cooper and I just moved down here about 6 months ago from Maine. I am looking for someone to hop on my lease with me because I do not need the extra room. It is a very nice area, very close to grocery and retail stores and parks. Dogs and cats are allowed under a certain wait for an added monthly fee. A credit check will be conducted through the apartment management. I am rarely home, but when I am, I am very quiet and will keep the place clean and nice. Message me with any questions!
