Hi!

I have an unfurnished room for rent for $/month plus utilities. The room is a little over ft. It includes a walk-in closet, private bathroom, ceiling fan, and lots of light. (Note that it will be unfurnished)

The home is located on the west side of Charlotte close to Mount Holly. 5 minutes to shopping amenities, , minutes from Whitewater Center, minutes to downtown.

You'll have access to all common areas in the house. Home comes with living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, garage, fenced in backyard with hot tub and patio.

About me: year old female. I'm a music producer and business owner who works at home. I have a music studio in the house, so the ideal roommate is someone musical or creative who's comfortable with music and noise. I normally work between pm. Very laid back, drama free, responsible, can be open and friendly but can also keep to myself.

I have a small bichon poodle who's extremely friendly, cuddly, and gets a little hyper at times. He'll likely get attached to you so the roommate definitely must love dogs.

Open to female or male roommate. No smokers please. Pets are okay on a case by case basis.
