This property is located on a quiet street in the Spring Town area of Livermore. I have 3 neighboring homes with friendly and quiet neighbors. It has a large front yard and back yard. In the back there is a deck furnished with a patio table and chairs. The living room is large with a high ceiling. The home has a separate dinning room next to the kitchen that is furnished with a dinning table and chairs as well. It has a two car garage, large driveway, and plenty of street parking available. The room available has a private outdoor area that is wonderful for plant moms! I recently had a brand new washer and dryer installed onsite. It has a fridge, electric stove, oven and microwave.

My favorite part of our neighborhood is the creek/park within walking distance. It has trails that are great for bike rides, runs, and nature walks. It is a preservation area so you'll see plenty of turtles, ducks, and other birds on theses trails. It also provides some of the best views during sunset.

Lastly, I have one cat and I’m not looking to welcome more pets at this time. So long as you’re not allergic to cats, my cat will be your best bud. He likes to be wherever the people are and will probably follow you around and love on you and want cuddles. He’s everyone’s favorite, including people who “hate cats”. He’s basically a dog and a cats body.
