You get a sqft room (MASSIVE room with space for an office in it if needed) walk in 3 tier closet and your own private living room, front door entrance, and a parking space. I'm looking for a long term roommate and friend. I have been burnt by people moving in then deciding to just quit their jobs and not pay.
My home is very peaceful and quiet. Very clean. And we're a really cool family to live with. It's myself and my year old son, and a friend stays in the guest room. It's a very loving and respectful place.
